Philip Seymour Hoffman dead at 46
Academy Award-winning actor Philip Seymour Hoffman has passed away at age 46, multiple media outlets reported citing law enforcement officials. In late May, Hoffman finished a 10-day stint in a rehab program for a drug problem.
