Eddie Murphy Can Sing...No Joke
Alright so you all know Eddie has been doing his thing with singing since the 80's, but he hasn't always been taken seriously. You probably forgot that he sung in his Oscar Nominated performance as James "Thunder" Early. You probably forgot about his 80's hit "Party All The Time" as well. He recently released a music video with Snoop Lion aka Snoop Dogg entitled "Red Light". Check it out below.
"Breaking Bad"...The Lost Tapes
As the series comes to a dramatic conclusion, it seems that a lot of old footage of Aaron Paul are coming out of the woodwork. Who knew Jesse Pinkman was on the Price is Right? "Mr. Barker yo!!!" Haha. Check out these cool clips:
You sure...Ben Affleck?
Remember when I told you about the awesome announcement of Batman vs. Superman during the San Diego Comic Con? It was announced today that Ben Affleck is set to join Henry Cavill in the Warner Bros. "Man of Steel" sequel as Batman. Now I know he's a pretty good director, but as an actor he's just ok. I guess the Oscars behind his name made the studio forget about a little 2003 movie called "Daredevil". The problem is, he didn't win an Oscar for acting. Now, you don't have to have an Oscar to your name to play Batman, but those are some huge shoes to fill and I wouldn't have put my money on Affleck. Oh well, it's not my call. You can bet I'll be in the theater though!
The sequel is slated to be released July 17, 2015.
Spike Did It!
Four days ahead of his deadline, Spike Lee hit his $1.25 million dollar goal for his Kickstarter campaign. His campaign is the third largest in kickstarter history behind the "Veronica Mars" feature and Zach Braff's project. To read more on his victory, check out this article from New York Daily News.
