Kevin Sampson created Picture Lock in February 2013 and is the show’s producer and host. He has a B.A. in Media Arts from the University of South Carolina and an M.F.A. in Film and Electronic Media from American University in Washington D.C. He is a member of the Broadcast Film Critics Association, Washington D.C. Area Film Critics Association, North Carolina Film Critics Association and African American Film Critics Association.
